Autria Godfrey joined ABC7/WJLA-TV and News Channel 8 in February 2011 as a general assignment reporter. She comes to WJLA from CBS Newspath and Fox News Edge where she was a freelance reporter and producer.  During the past couple of years, she’s covered everything from the midterm elections of 2010 to the rescue of the Chilean miners. Before that she was the White House/Congressional correspondent for the Tribune Broadcasting Washington DC Bureau.
